T0P TEAMS JOIN
THE J B FAMILY!!!
We are very pleased to announce that Jim
Wipke, formerly of the St. Louis Soccer Club, will be joining the J B Marine
family for the upcoming season. I have had the privilege of meeting with, and
having many conversations with Jim over the last eight months or so. Jim, his
players and families, come to us with very high praise from other members of
our Club, specifically Scott Skrivan and Bill Roche. Jim will bring with
him, two strong teams in the U-10 & U-12 age groups and are committed to
helping, as are the other members of these age groups, Tim Collie, Jeff
Venetis, Danny Williams, Bob Schneider & of course, Steve Parton, to work
together to benefit, not only the players, but the Club as a whole. Please
welcome Jim, his players & families as we begin a new season.
J B
Marine Soccer Club is also pleased to announce that Bob Schneider and John
Meek, currently with Missouri Premier, have joined the Club for the upcoming
season. Bob currently trains a talented U9 team while John will be bringing his
two competitive U10 teams to the Club. Both groups have demonstrated a passion
for creating dynamic training sessions that lead to a fun and challenging
environment. This approach has developed highlyskilled, technical players
who have enjoyed team success within SLYSA and many premier tournaments.
Bob Schneiders future U10 team has a coaching staff that includes
Russ Luetkemeyer and former Division I player and current Maryville University
womens soccer assistant coach Jim Nischbach. John Meeks future U11
squads boast a coaching staff of four former Division I players including
co-coach John Killoren. Their decision to join J B Marine Soccer Club was not
only due to the strong tradition already in place, but also the opportunity to
foster cohesive youth teams that want to receive high-level training while
building exceptional team chemistry each year.
J B Marine welcomes both
groups of coaches, players and families as we continue to develop and attract
top youth coaches and players within the area.
